TiBurnt Titanium - Widebody Fender Flare Screws

Don't be 'that guy' who installs you widebody over fender flare kit using rivets or self tapping screws. Do it right and use Aircraft Grade 6AL-4V TiBurnt Titanium Screws with Rivet Nuts or Well Nuts

Screws are sold in packs of four and include your choice of Rivet Nuts or Well Nuts. We have two screw options available:

- M5x20 Button Head with a 15mm length and a 9.5mm head diameter.

- M6x20 Taper Head with a 15mm length and a 10mm head diameter.

Well Nut: Is a rubber fastener with a threaded metal core. Unlike Rivet Nuts, no special installation tool is required. Simply drill your hole and insert the Well Nut. Tightening the flare screw compresses the rubber to hold the well nut in. Well nuts are easier to install and allow for some misalignment during installation but are not as secure as Rivet Nuts.

Rivet Nut: Is a metal rivet with a threaded core. A Rivet Nut installation tool is required and not included. The installation tool compresses the Rivet Nut causing it to expand and fasten itself to your fender panel. Rivet Nuts provide a more secure means of fastening than Well Nuts however they do not all for any misalignment, your hole and screw must be straight or you risk cross threading.
